The quality of the bag did not meet our expectations. Although we sent our sample and paid full sample fee the bag product was of different quality and the client rejected the sample. Also we received back our initial sample after many follow ups and that to in a full torn format where all the stitches were removed. Over alll experience was not very good inspite of sending actual sample to copy and also paying such a high sample cost. We went in loss.
